Come join Doctor Julie on a walk. Move your body, learn more about health, and meet some interesting people. We'll have an opportunity to talk together, learn about integrative medicine and most importantly move our bodies.

Free T-shirts and blood pressure readings.

Most importantly we will move! If it is raining, come anyway! We'll do an indoor exercise!

This will be a monthly, repeating public event and all are welcome.
