ARRIVE EARLY. FREE PARKING:
Free parking is available at two convenient parking garages.
The Water Street Parking Garage is located at 235 S. Water St. directly across from Water Street Plaza and visitors can enter from Texas Avenue. The City Hall Parking Garage is also available with access from Basic Road. There are also several free parking lots in the Water Street District.

There will be no shuttle service offered. If you choose to drive, please plan on arriving early to obtain a parking spot.
If you are a nearby resident, we encourage walking, biking, scootering, etc. to the event.
