Hi, I'm Dora from Dora Chan Yoga (DCY). I'm a Holistic Stress & Resilience Coach, specializing in stress, anxiety, & pain. This group is for anyone who is looking to understand and to transform their health through the healing modalities of Holistic Nutrition, Yoga, iRest® Meditation and Reiki.
My hope is to bring together like-minded people and to build a strong community where we can support, nurture, and grow as we walk the path of our unique healing journeys.
Join me virtually for a variety of events such as, Yoga & Meditation classes, informative sessions on health, lifestyle & nutrition, understanding stress, learning tools for stress management and self-care, weekend retreats, and more.
Join me for a Yoga & Meditation class in a loving and supportive community. Let's enjoy a flow together where I will take you through a mindful, whole-body practice of Yoga, with a combination of strength, balance, concentration, flexibility and restoration. We will end with a short and delicious iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.
Each session is held online via Zoom and include:
