Liveable Kirkland Meetup w/ Candidate Shilpa Prem

We have an extra meetup this month to get to know Shilpa Prem, who is running for Kirkland City Council! We have some prepared questions, and the discussion can grow from there. Stay tuned for more candidate meetups!
