About us
COMMUNITY WORKOUTS
Movement with Purpose. Community with Heart. Wellness that Lasts.
This isn’t just a workout group — it’s a movement.
We believe that movement is more than exercise. It’s how we return to ourselves, shake off the weight of the day, and realign with our purpose. It’s a practice of resilience, self-awareness, and renewal — a chance to reconnect not to fix our bodies, but to honor them.
Community Workouts is for anyone craving meaningful connection, mindful movement, and a wellness practice that goes beyond reps and routines. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a busy parent, a wellness seeker, or someone just getting started, you’re welcome here.
Join us for energizing workouts, mindful mobility sessions, community hikes, and wellness experiences that nourish mind, body, and soul. Together, we build strength and confidence. We move through stress. We show up for ourselves and for each other. Because this is movement with intention. Growth with grace. And wellness that lasts — in real life, in real community.
Show up as you are. Let's move together!

Community Workout: Culver City Stairs + Yoga & Strength Fusion Training
Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Hike Trailhead, 6050 Jefferson Blvd, Culver City, CA, USWe’re kicking off our first Community Workout of the year, and we couldn’t be more excited to hit the trails with you. Join us this month at the iconic Culver City Stairs for a morning of movement, strength, mindfulness, and community connection.
We’ll start with a guided climb of the stairs, building endurance and elevating our heart rate leading to the stunning views at the top. From there, we’ll transition into a Yoga & Strength Fusion session designed to help you move better, build sustainable strength, and feel grounded in your body.
Aligned & Strong / Yoga & Strength Fusion Workout
This fusion-style workout blends mindful yoga movement with intentional strength training, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and understand why each position matters.
We’ll flow between yoga-based movements and strength patterns that mirror one another, using yoga to explore alignment, mobility, and axial length, then layering in strength to build control, stability, and power. Each sequence is thoughtfully paired to reinforce proper mechanics, from the trunk outward, so every rep has purpose.Expect to move through:
- Spinal articulation
- Hip hinging, lunging,
- Core engagement
Movement Transitions:
- Bird Dog to Plank
- Wide-Legged Fold to Deadlift
- Crescent Lunge to Static Lunge
These transitions translate into stronger, safer movement patterns. We’ll emphasize trunk control, shoulder and hip alignment, and creating tension before movement, so you’re not just working hard, you’re moving well.
This workout is accessible, scalable, and welcoming to all levels. Whether you want to build strength, improve movement quality, or simply connect with your body outdoors, this workout is designed to refine your movement patterns. What to Know
