July Community Workout: Culver City Stairs, Strength & Yoga

We're heading back to the Culver City Stairs! Get ready for an energizing workout as we climb the iconic stairs, challenge our endurance, and take in the stunning views from the top.
But we’re not stopping there! After the climb, we’ll focus on strength training to build strength and stability, followed by a yoga session to restore, and reset. 🧘♀️
- Strength Training | Rodney - Strength Coach | 20 minutes
We’ll focus on strengthening the key muscles that support stability, balance, and functional movement. Build strength that improves posture, enhances mobility, helps prevent injuries, and supports peak performance, whether you’re climbing stairs, lifting weights, or simply navigating daily life.
- Yoga | Kelly - Instructor | 20 minutes
Prasaman Yoga is a practice rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, emphasizing mindful, functional movement. This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, enhance flexibility, and cultivate wellness from the inside out.
What to know
- Ensure you have plenty of water to stay hydrated
- Bring a mat (if you have one)
- Be punctual. We will allot 15 minutes for late arrivals
- Arrive early to secure a parking spot
We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, whether you're experienced or just looking to have a good time. Feel free to go at your own pace and enjoy the workouts at a level that suits you best.
