Join us for the kickoff session of our 5-week Summer Strength Series! This first class is all about laying the groundwork for safe, smart, and sustainable progress.
- Focus: Movement screening, goal setting, and mastering the basics.
- Highlights:

✅ Strength training form (squat, hinge, push, pull)
✅ Core activation and mobility drills
Whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into a rhythm, this session is designed to meet you where you are, and set you up for success over the next 5 weeks.
