This class is all about building a strong foundation from the inside out. In this session, we’ll focus on improving control in your movement patterns and enhancing muscular output through targeted core work and stability-focused exercises. Expect to challenge your balance, strengthen single-sided movements, and refine your technique in ways that support both daily function and long-term strength. Whether you’re new to training or looking to dial in your form, this session will help you move with greater intention, control, and confidence.
