We’re heading back to the Culver City Stairs!
Join us for another energizing Community Workout where movement, mindfulness, and connection come together in one powerful experience.
We’ll kick things off with the iconic stair climb, challenging our endurance while taking in stunning views from the top. From there, we’ll move into a focused strength training session and wrap up with yoga and a meaningful community moment.
Strength Training | Rodney – Strength Coach | 20 minutes
This month, our focus shifts to core strength and developing power. Expect movements that not only build a strong, stable foundation but also help you generate explosive strength for everything from climbing stairs to tackling daily life. Strength that supports posture, prevents injury, and unlocks your potential.
Yoga | Kelly – Instructor | 20 minutes
Ground your energy with a restorative yoga flow led by Kelly from Prasaman Yoga. Rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, this session emphasizes mindful movement, flexibility, and reconnecting with your body — leaving you refreshed and realigned.
Special Community Moment
We’re once again partnering with Sermon Social, a community-based social club dedicated to helping people slow down and reconnect through simple, thoughtful acts of kindness.
What to Know
Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
A mat is recommended for yoga and strength.
Arrive early to secure parking.
We’ll allow a 15-minute window for late arrivals.
All fitness levels are welcome — go at your own pace, and we’ll cheer you on!
