Join us on Zoom for a one-hour meditative online workshop focusing on a brief mindfulness topic and 45 minutes of mindfulness meditations. Consider this event a mid-day respite from a crazy day or encouragement during a difficult one. You will also have an opportunity to hear about a timely mindfulness issue aimed at cultivating a compassionate awareness of the present moment. Led by an experienced mindfulness meditation teacher who loves sharing his passion with others with the hope that the participants might develop their own passion for mindfulness.
