Contemporary Tango Fusion from Los Tangueros del Oeste

Details
Nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2022 on the strength of their very first album together, the members of Los Tangueros del Oeste explore the nuevo tango styles of Astor Piazzolla, Gotan Project, and Bajo Fondo, blending tango with influences from hip-hop, electronica, and flamenco. Los Tangueros del Oeste was founded by bassist Sascha Jacobsen, whom many Meetup members know from his performances over the years with Trio Garufa and the Musical Art Quintet, among other groups.
For this show, Los Tangueros del Oste consists of:
Sascha Jacobsen, bass
Charles Gorczynski, bandoneon
Carlos Caminos, guitar
Diego Ramil, piano
Dainel Riera, vocals & flute
Charith Premawardhana, violin
COST: Ticket prices are about $23 with the online service fee. General admission seating, on folding chairs. Buy your own tickets. (As always, I welcome $1.00 donations from Meetup members to offset the hefty fees that Meetup charges me as lead organizer.)

ADDRESS: 1 Pinnacle Path, Berkeley
VENUE NOTE: This is a popular, long-running Berkeley backyard concert series with amphitheater style seating among the redwoods.
MOBILITY NOTE: Attendees must go up a 35-step staircase to access the concert site. There is a handrail that people can use when navigating the staircase (which turns out to be a lot easier to walk up than it sounds).
LOCATION: The concert site is about 2 miles from the downtown Berkeley BART station or the North Berkeley BART station. Google Maps shows a couple of bus lines that go from the BART stations to the Pinnacle Path area, but I haven't determined yet how often they run.
PARKING ALERT: Parking is on the street in a residential neighborhood with curving roads. The homeowners describe the parking as "very limited," so, if you're driving, allow extra time to find a parking spot.
HOW TO FIND ME: Look for me at the concert site at about 4:30 p.m. (a half hour before showtime). I'm 5 feet tall, WF, with short salt & pepper hair and glasses (see photo with Meetup profile). Also, I'll send my phone number to RSVPers prior to the event, and I'll post a Comment on the Event Page to tell folks where I'm sitting.
FOOD AND DRINK: I don't recall any being provided on-site (except maybe water), so bring your own goodies if you want something to snack on during/before the show. (After the show, we have the option of dining at a restaurant in downtown Berkeley.)
