Colombia-based band Espiral 7 delivers a sonic narrative of the city of Cali through the combined talents of a sax player, trumpeter, guitarist, bassist, drummer, percussionist, and a vocalist, as they explore the neo-Cali sound, which blends Latin-pop, Latin-rock, Afro-Latin music, funk, folkloric, and other influences into one compelling mix.
The 7:00 p.m. concert will be preceded at 6:15 p.m. by a presentation/Q&A from Grammy-nominee Dr. Greg Landau. NOTE that this show is on a Sunday night.

TRANSIT/PARKING: Conveniently located less than a block from the downtown Berkeley BART station and from multiple AC Transit bus lines serving Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco.
