This week, we will be joining Twinsane Fitness on their group walk at Leasowes Park.
Arrival time: From 8:30am
Start time: 9am prompt

All ages and backgrounds are welcome.
An opportunity to network, develop friendships, and become part of a community with other like minded people.
When & where?
Meet time: 8:30-8:55am
START time: 9am prompt
Location: Leasowes Park
We'll meet by the children's playground by the car park
What to bring?
Please wear clothes and footwear appropriate for the weather/ outdoor walking.
You may want to bring a drink and some snacks to eat.
About the organiser
I am not the organiser of this main walking event. Just inviting our community here to join with other communities to support mental health awareness and national walking month.
