This Sound Journey Meditation incorporates Live Acoustics, these sessions support our emotional and overall wellbeing. These times astrologically are extremely energetic.

We will be using a combination of various other supporting sound instruments that will be used to assist deepening your meditation
experience to induce deep meditation and relaxation practices.

Sound Journey Meditation Incorporates the use of sound which assists to enhance meditation and relaxation, which helps to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and improve overall wellness.

Donation Payments at the Event.

No Experience Required, all ages welcome, under 16's accompanied by
a responsible adult.

Please wear warm, comfortable loose clothing.

Please bring your own;- Water-Blanket/ sleeping bag- Mats (whatever
you need to make you feel comfortable)

Please wear warm comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, mat items that you feel will make you comfortable.

There are some chairs available and there's floorspace for those who prefer to be on the floor.
