Easdale Tarn... our next wild swim 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️

Join us for a wonderful day surrounded by nature at its finest.

This is an opportunity for us all to take a walk up to the beautiful Easdale Tarn, there will then be an option to swim in the lake there for those that want to. We may well carry on for a little wonder after that before returning down to the village of Grasmere for a well earned tea and cake!

The plan is to meet in Grasmere town outside Mathilde's Cafe at 11am and walk from there, it should take around an hour (2 miles) to reach the top of the Tarn. Swimming in the lake there is completely optional, be aware that it will be cold and be aware of the dangers that come with this. If you are interested in cold water swimming the Wim Hof Method is highly recommended - https://www.wimhofmethod.com/ - of you'd like to join just for the walk that is completely fine.

If you have a wetsuit you may want to bring it. We will be stopping at some point to enjoy a picnic so please bring a little more food than you need so we can all share a nice feast. If you are driving and able to offer a lift please comment below with where you are leaving from and how many spaces you have. The purpose of the day is to enjoy, have fun, make new friends and meet like minded people
