### ⚠️ How to Join: Book Your Own Slot

To keep things simple, everyone is responsible for booking their own ticket.

• The Session: Look for the 17:20 slot on 10th May.
• How to book: Book directly on the venue's website or call them to secure your spot.
• Hurry Up: There are only around 20 places available for this race. Other members of the public can book these too, so don't wait or you'll miss out!

Once you've booked, drop a comment on the Meetup wall so we know who is in.

### ⏰ The Schedule (Very Strict!)

> 🚨 CRITICAL: You MUST be at the venue by 16:40. The track requires a 40-minute lead time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. If you are late, you will not be allowed to race and you will miss the session.

• 16:40: Arrival, check-in, and gear up. Safety briefing follows.
• 17:20: First 15-minute race starts.
• Break: A quick breather to check lap times and chat.
• Session 2: Final 15-minute sprint to the finish line!

• Price: £44.96 per person for the 30-minute experience.

### 🧤 What You Need

• Balaclavas: For hygiene, these are mandatory. Bring your own or you will have to buy one at the desk for around £5.
• Footwear: Wear trainers. No open-toed shoes or heels allowed!

### 🍔 Post-Race Social

After the final results are in, we’ll head to the onsite bar area. They have a great setup for us to grab a drink, some food, and celebrate (or commiserate!) our race results.

Location Note: The track is located on Sefton Street, very close to Brunswick station and just down the road from Baltic Market.
