Wait a minute, you are telling me that Indian cuisine has Crepes ? No way !!

Yes. We just call them by a different name (Chillas & Dosas). We use nutritious lentils, beans and fermented rice to prepare them. And we usually eat them hot and savoury, for breakfast, with delicious accompaniments.

Join us as we unpack the Indian world of crepes for you. In this hand-on workshop, you will learn to make three distinct varieties of Indian crepes along with a choice of fillings and chutneys.

> Green Mung Lentils Crepe
> Chickpea Flour Crepe
> Lentil and Rice Crepe - Dosa
> Potato & Peas Filling
> Coconunt Coriander Chutney

You will get plenty practise to get a hang of preparing and cooking these crepes. Then we will gather together to enjoy our preparations over a lovely lunch at the beautiful Suananda Garden & Vegetarian Cafe.

About Teacher:
Mrs. Sukesh is the entrepreneur behind Suananda Vegetarian Garden & Ayurveda, an oasis of good food and Ayurvedic healing in Silom. She has perfected her cooking over 30 years and incorporates the best practises of Ayurvedic philosophy. She is also a dedicated yoga practioner and teacher and runs a holistic retreat centre in Chiang Mai.
