Pruitt Center Runa Yoga - in person or online

Wake up with the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being as we present Runa Yoga every Wednesday morning at 8am! This is a free activity for faculty, staff, students and community members.
If you prefer practicing in the privacy of your own home, this class is also offered virtually via Zoom. Everyone is welcome!Free parking is available (up to two hours) outside the Marcovich Wellness Center, located at 1810 Catlin Ave, Superior, WI 54880, for those without a UW-Superior parking permit.
Please note: There is no class on the following dates: July 2, December 24, December 31, and March 11, 2026 (Spring Break)
