**NOTE: the in-person portion of this class is on the 2nd floor of the JDH Library at UW-Superior.**

Wake up with the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-Being as we present Runa Yoga every Wednesday morning at 8am! This is a free activity for faculty, staff, students and community members.
If you prefer practicing in the privacy of your own home, this class is also offered [virtually via Zoom](https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us/j/91308575158)**.** Everyone is welcome!

Free parking is available (up to two hours) outside the Marcovich Wellness Center, located at 1810 Catlin Ave, Superior, WI 54880, for those without a UW-Superior parking permit.

**Please note:** There is no class on the following dates: July 2, December 24, December 31, and March 11, 2026 (Spring Break)
