### Compassionate Forgiveness: A Two-Part Experiential Workshop

Compassionate Forgiveness is a powerful, experiential process for healing relationships, healing the self, and releasing the emotional patterns that keep us stuck in separation.
In this two-part, in-person workshop, participants will explore why forgiveness can feel so difficult, uncover the unconscious filters and beliefs that distort perception, and learn a practical, compassionate process for resolving inner and relational conflict.
Rather than bypassing pain or forcing forgiveness prematurely, this work emphasizes awareness, emotional honesty, and deep understanding — allowing forgiveness to arise naturally as a shift in perception and being.
What You’ll Explore

• Why unresolved emotional “filters” perpetuate conflict and suffering
• How beliefs, shadow, and projection shape our relationships
• The difference between victim, perpetrator, and witness perspectives
• How to access the Observer—the part of you that can see clearly without judgment
• A practical, repeatable healing process for self-forgiveness and relational healing
• Ways to integrate forgiveness into daily life as a lived state, not just a concept

Workshop Structure

This workshop is offered in two sessions, one month apart, allowing time for reflection and real-life integration.

• Session One (Saturday, Feb 14):
Understanding the roots of conflict and separation, learning how perception is shaped, and preparing the inner ground for healing work.
• Session Two (Saturday, Mar 14):
Applying the Compassionate Forgiveness process to personal and relational experiences, followed by integration practices that support lasting change.

Investment

• $150 per session
• $250 for both sessions (when paid in advance)
