What we’re about

You will gather as a group of courageous women guided by a professional coach as we share life experiences, learn twelve important life skills, and gain greater wisdom and knowledge that will enhance the quality of our health and well-being so we can live an intentional life that is meaningful, purposeful, and balanced.

Each of the women's group coaching sessions will emphasize greater awareness in your life (physical, mental and emotional) as you discover when your ideal self (the one you show to the world) is out of alignment with your true courageous self (willing to face uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure) and learn to take courageous action going forward.
