Get Together and Get Inspired

In a world that is filled with upheaval, it is very easy to get knocked off center and to feel out of sorts. As human beings it is natural to be upset by all that is going on in the world. At the same time, we need to be able to feel centered and grounded to be effective in our lives.

In the craziness and turmoil of the world we are called to be a place of sanctuary and refuge for ourselves. For we need a place to be restored and regenerated.

Join us Sunday for a talk titled, “Welcome to the Table of My Heart” where we will look at ways to practice self-love and self-care so that you can be a safe and nurturing place of respite for yourself.
