Step off the treadmill and into nature with our Fitness Hike — a full-body workout disguised as an adventure. We’ll hit the trail at North Bay Park for a guided hike around Ford Lake that blends cardio, strength, and recovery. Along the way, we’ll pause for bodyweight intervals like planks, squats, stretches, and mindful breathing designed to challenge your muscles, improve balance, and restore your energy.
This isn’t just a hike — it’s movement with intention. You’ll leave stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body and the outdoors. Perfect for all levels, this class brings fitness and fresh air together for a workout that feels less like a grind and more like a reset.

Single Hike:
Price: $20 per person Includes: Guided hike, full-body strength intervals, and mindfulness/stretch breaks.
What To Bring:
Small backpack or belt bag
Water bottle or hydration pack
Lightweight towel or sweat cloth
Sunscreen and bug spray
Hat or sunglasses
Comfortable, supportive athletic shoes (trail shoes if you have them)
Layered clothing suitable for the weather (breathable, moisture-wicking)
Yoga mat or foldable pad optional (for floor exercises or stretching if the ground is rough)
Light snack (like a granola bar or fruit) for after the hike
