Breathe Deeply- Live Fully

Hello, Everyone!
This one is a bit different. I am co-teaching a 2 and a half day Breathwork workshop. I've attached a link to the flyer. Breathe Deeply- Live Fully Details
This promises to be a very unique experience by providing a safe space to learn about breathwork, take part in several mind-body exercises and experience two full breathwork sessions.
Here are some points for your consideration:
1. The event is in Grand Rapids which is about a three hour drive from Chicago. Easy enough. There ae several hotels close to the event site.
2. Lunch is included on Saturday and Sunday and dinner is included on Saturday evening.
3. IMPORTANT. If you have BC/BS or UHC, some of the cost may be offset by your your insurance. We will find out the amount prior to you signing up.
4. AND AS IMPORTANT. There are six spots remaining. That's all.
