A Modern Retreat for Your Busy Schedule
We’ve designed a flexible, supportive structure that you can weave into your regular day. Whether you’re working, running errands, or tending to family, you’ll bring a more intentional presence to each moment.

What to Expect:
Morning Intention & Meditation:
We’ll begin together on Zoom, setting our intentions for the day. You can speak openly or use the chat if you’d rather stay quiet. This initial grounding helps us center and align with our values before stepping into our usual routines.
Mindful Hourly Check-Ins:
As you move through your day, every hour we’ll pause for a brief 5-minute group meditation. These mini “resets” encourage you to maintain presence no matter what you’re doing—meeting deadlines, making dinner, or simply taking a break.
Evening Reflection & Meditation:
We’ll close the day with a longer meditation session followed by a group reflection. You’ll have the chance to share any insights, hurdles, or breakthroughs you experienced, supporting each other in carrying mindfulness into every corner of life.
Flexible Involvement:
Feel free to join as your schedule permits—there’s no need to attend every session. The collective presence of the group provides a supportive container, inspiring you to keep revisiting your intention to live more mindfully.
