Experience Mindful Living Within Your Everyday Routine
Looking for the depth of a meditation retreat without setting your life aside? Interested in bringing mindfulness into every aspect of your day—working, running errands, or chatting with friends—so that each moment can be part of your practice?
This one-day “retreat” weaves seamlessly into your normal schedule. Instead of stepping away from responsibilities, you move through them with increased awareness, clarity, and intention. Over time, this approach can spark meaningful transformation, reshaping the way you engage with the world around you.
How It Works:
Morning Meditation & Intention (30 minutes):
We’ll begin at 1:00 PM (CST) on Zoom with a 60-minute meditation, followed by setting personal intentions. Feel free to share aloud or reflect quietly—this communal start sets the day’s mindful tone.
Alternating Hourly Pauses:
Meditate every other hour for an hour.
If that is too much, participate in as much or as little as you would like.
Evening Reflection & Meditation:
As the day winds down, we’ll return to Zoom for a more substantial meditation and group reflection. Sharing insights and challenges enriches our collective understanding and supports inner growth over time.
Your Retreat, Your Way:
This is a flexible experience—participate as much or as little as your day allows. Come for just an hour, half the day, or check in periodically. If you need to leave Zoom at any point or only join for certain intervals, that’s perfectly fine. You’re welcome to make this retreat your own.
Open to All Approaches:
No single style or philosophy is required. You’re welcome to practice what works for you or experiment with new methods. Our community encourages and supports each participant, allowing room for personal growth and discovery.

  • 1:00 PM –2:00 PM: Opening Meditation & Intention-Setting Meditation
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 Pm: Meditation
  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 Pm: Meditation
  • 7:00 PM - 8:00 Pm: Meditation
  • By 8:00 PM: Conclude the Day’s Practice With Evening Reflection
