Experience Mindful Living and Deepen Your Practice on New Year’s Day
Looking to begin the new year with greater presence and inner peace? Join us for this online, contemporary meditation retreat—a chance to cultivate mindfulness and seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. We’ll blend sitting meditation, journaling, work practice, and personal downtime, giving you space to reflect on the past year, set intentions for the future, and nurture self-awareness.
This one-day “retreat” fits into your regular routine. You’ll engage in structured practices while also having room for personal exploration and reflection.

### How It Works:

  1. Quick Intro
  2. Every other hour(alternate hour) there will be an sitting that you can par-take in as much as you like. 3 bell rings will signify the beginning of the meditation, you will hear a 1 single bell ring every 20min during that time. You can meditate as much as you would like during that hour. You can use the bell rings to decide the amount (20min, 40min, 60min)
  3. Free Time

In between structured sessions, you’ll have time to continue your daily activities, take breaks, or simply relax. This free time is an opportunity to practice weaving mindfulness into every aspect of your life.
Your Retreat, Your Pace
Feel free to join any or all of the scheduled sessions. Even brief participation can offer a renewed sense of clarity, focus, and resolution for the coming year.

No single meditation style is required. You’re free to practice whatever resonates with you, or experiment with new techniques. Our group honors diversity and is designed to support your personal journey.

### Daily Schedule (PST)

  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 20min, 40min, 60min meditation(you decide for yourself)
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Active meditation practice(do what you would like)
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: 20min, 40min, 60min meditation(you decide for yourself)
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Active meditation practice(do what you would like)
  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 20min, 40min, 60min meditation(you decide for yourself)
  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Active meditation practice(do what you would like)
  • 5:00 PM – 6:20 PM: 20min, 40min, 60min, 80min meditation(you decide for yourself)
  • 6:20 PM: Open for Sharing
  • 6:30 PM: Retreat Concludes
