Meditation and Work on Your Highest Purpose

Hosted By

Details
Welcome to an Living Meditation co-working session
This will be focused on two things:
- Mindfully tackling our highest-impact tasks
- Practicing conscious connection with others
Guiding principles:
- No gurus. We have a host, but their role is simply to serve the group.
- Open-style meditation. We meditate together, but don’t recommend any single technique. Each style produces slightly different effects, so choose what feels right for you.
- Self-directed empowerment. During each activity you decide what work supports your best self, and you pick the meditation that your intuition, experience, or guidance calls for. (If you’re brand-new, we can offer suggestions.)
- No sales, no agenda. We simply help each other live with greater awareness.
==============================
How it works
- Brief readings and introductions
- Each person shares an intention
- Group meditation (separate spaces for silent or guided practice)
- Co-working on personal tasks, with a bell every 10 minutes as an intention anchor
- Closing meditation and discussion, treated as active mindfulness practice

# New to meditation? It’s hard at first. Even seasoned meditators find “living meditation” challenging—so be patient with yourself. Consider it a win to intentionally set out on your task and participate in the formal meditation times.
