Together, we can create a healthy, cruelty-free food culture that will help keep our world inhabitable.

This is a group for people who want friendship and support in sticking to a whole food plant-based diet. The whole food part is important, and distinguishes this group from other plant-based meetup groups. Other plant-based dieters are completely welcome, just understand that the point of this group is to support those who also want to avoid or severely limit refined oil and sugar. Limiting these calorically dense foods is the single best way to avoid food addiction, obesity, and our most common diseases.
