2. Long-Term Vision (Ikigai Framework)
Understanding purpose through:

• What the world needs
• What you can be valued for

3. Short-Term Direction (Passion Test)

• Identifying current priorities
• Converting purpose into 90-day focus areas

4. Integration & Reflection
Connecting long-term direction with short-term action
5. Closing & Q&A
Personal questions will be addressed toward the end
