Freshly Brewed Poems CHANGE OF DAY FOR DECEMBER, TUESDAY Dec 16

THIS MONTH ONLY: DECEMBER'S Open Mic will be the THIRD TUESDAY, DEC 16th at the Tap Yard. Same time, same place. Following month will go back to our regular night, third Wednesday, January 21st, 2026. Santa is in town and that was the only day he could visit the Tap Yard, so, not wanting to get on the naughty list, we decided to move our event to another day! Hope you can make it.

Bring your poems, spoken word, prose or read some of your favorite poet's works. We are here to share, mentor, and support fellow creatives.

Sign up starts at 6:30 pm
Reading at 7:00 pm until 9:00
Come early to sign up, we've been known to have as few as 5 and as many as 24. Please RSVPs on meet-up if you can but these don't reflect attendance or limit you coming if you don't.

Three poems or 5 minutes to start. If there is time we will go around again after a short break. Come prepared to read or the listen, your choice. Decide anytime during the evening.

Got books to sell bring those. Got another gig to promote, tell us!
