Humble Rodent is a local poet and community organizer that has been performing in the Raleigh area for what is becoming a substantial amount of time. His heartfelt and rhythmic style has been deeply shaped by Raleigh’s spoken word tradition and while he has no published books or real accolades to speak of, he has put on some pretty good shows and brought together some pretty good folks and about once or twice a year someone tells him that they still can't stop thinking about that one piece he performed at that one place a couple years back. And he's pretty proud of that. You can keep up with his work and life via Instagram @humblerodentlit
