About us
Gentle living room yoga with breathwork, sound, relaxation and a warm cup of tea - slow, cosy, and beginner-friendly.
The session is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Each practice is guided with care, clear cues, and options, so you can move at your own pace and comfort level.
We’ll close the session with a short relaxation, followed by a warm drink and a moment to simply be- no rush, no pressure, just gentle connection.
