Hi, my name is Freddie and I now have the honour of facilitating this group. I thought it might be nice to open up a zoom call for all of us , so that some of us can meet and you can get a feel of the sort of energy I'll be bringing to this group. All are welcome, please, bring questions and other things you may want to share. It will be a pretty loose, casual format with no obligation to stay till the end.
