Burnaby Public Library (Metrotown) Walk with Diwali Fest

Burnaby Public Library (Metrotown) Walk with Diwali Fest

Details

Autumn Strolls is an event part of the 4 Seasons Walks, a series of walks led by Living Streets, a program by BEST.

Each of the walks is accessible for all ages and abilities.

All routes have access to benches and public washroom facilities.

Everyone is welcome. We cherish the value of intergenerational activities. We aim for these events to be an opportunity to meet new people and value the community we live in.

This is an outdoor activity, which will include a walk around the Burnaby Public Library in Metrotown and conversation relating to Vancouver as a multicultural city, Diwali and South Asian culture, and the role of active transportation in a multicultural city.

Leading to the Diwali in Burnaby: Chai House event, sign up at this link if you would like to continue the fun and attend the Diwali Fest event after our walk: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/diwali-in-burnaby-chai-house-tickets-731271772557?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=listing&utm-source=cp&aff=ebdsshcopyurl
