Join us for a refreshing walk along the Cottonwood Trail as we explore the former glacial landscape of Burnaby Lake. Attendees will have the chance to connect with others, enjoy a peaceful stroll through nature, and learn about the area’s diverse eco-system. Along the way, we’ll pass through Piper Spit, a vibrant spot for wildlife viewing and a highlight of the journey. 🌿Our activity will end at Sperling Lake Skytrain Station on the Millenium and Expo Lines for convenient transit access.
Everyone is welcome. We aim for these events to be an opportunity to meet new people and value the community we live in. Meeting Point at the most northwest corner of the park at 6751 Cariboo Rd, Burnaby | 49° 14' 49.9466" N 122° 57' 19.4231" W. T.
Each of the walks is accessible for all ages and abilities.
All routes have access to benches and public washroom facilities.
