After the workshop you will have the opportunity to join our meditation support groups. For £10 a month you can gain access to guided meditations before you start your workday UK time on Zoom as well as inspiring texts, quotes and articles to do micro meditations for as little as 1 minute throughout the rest of the day. After doing this for just one week, you will notice how much calmer, more focused and aware you are. Join a like-hearted community of people coming together every day to support one another to develop this crucial and vital life skill.
