Ready to live a life of happiness after sobriety? Do you feel stuck or feel that something is holding you back from true happiness? This is group is for you. We will share experiences, positive changes, and how to finally feel at peace. No 12 Step program here but instead I will help you clear negative energy from your body using simple breathing practices. We will discuss the tools, boundaries, and self-care practices that actually help when you’re trying to stay sober and sane in an aggressive world.
