This is a drop-in, donation-based class.
Shonda's class combines movement guided by the breath with restorative postures!
Rest & Recharge begins with a flow to build some heat, then ends with deeply relaxing poses with props.
Shonda teaches to the bodies that come into the space - all levels of experience are welcome! Take what you need and leave what you don't.
Donation suggestion: $15 - $35+
