Monthly get-together to chat in a supportive environment. We have a relaxed conversation where individuals share their grief experiences, their progress, ask questions with issues that have arisen, and give information about new resources that have been effective for them.

The majority of people in the group are grieving the death of a loved one, but others are experiencing grief over other types of loss and that is just as valid. There is no pressure to talk if you don't want to; you are free to share as much or as little as you feel will benefit you.

We will hold this meeting by Zoom Videoconferencing. Those who RSVP by 6:30 pm CST will receive an email 15 minutes before the meeting with the ZOOM link. You will need to login to ZOOM.

IF THE LINK DOESN'T WORK, leave a message in the comments below or in the chat so we can try to get you in. Sometimes we have difficulties with ZOOM.

If you need to come late or leave early, that's OK if the call is still open. If no one has shown up at 10 minutes after event start time, the call may be closed if no one has left a comment on the event page or a message in the chat saying they are trying to get in.
