What we’re about
What is running your life - your aspirations or your fears?
Many of us are stuck in miserable situations that we just can't seem to find the momentum to break out of. It might be a unhealthy relationship, a miserable job, the inability to engage socially or just plain anxiety that never gives you a moment's rest. It's nothing new. Millions, if not billions of people struggle with the same issue.
Join me for a few hours of learning and implementing techniques to help you get the upper hand on your challenges. Cut short your learning curve by sharing time with someone who's "been there, done that".
This group, Living Without Fear, was created to help us address these personal fears. Through regular workshops, we aim to teach participants how to recognize and manage their fears so they don't become roadblocks in our lives.

Fear Sucks!
Many of us feel trapped in situations that drain our happiness and energy—an unhealthy relationship, a soul-crushing job, persistent social anxiety, or a lingering sense of unease that won't let go. This struggle isn't unique; millions, perhaps billions, face similar battles every day.

Fear often feels like an unyielding force, holding us back with an iron grip. But here's a powerful truth I've discovered: we are most afraid of those things which we understand the least. I have found that by getting to know fear on an almost clinical level, by understanding how fear is created and what makes fear tick, fear slowly loses its hold on us.
Off to see the Wizard
It's like the old "Wizard of Oz" movie where in the final scenes Dorothy and friends discover that the Wizard was nothing more than some meek, cowardly, scrawny old man pulling levers on a machine twice his size. When you finally exit the tunnel of fear, you will be shaking your head in disbelief - "I can't believe that I let something so basic influence my life for so long."
Join Me for a Transformational Workshop
There are few things in life that feel better than breaking the shackles of fear. You have to experience the feeling to really grasp it's significance. Old limitations start to fall away. New personal horizons open up. The focus changes from "What I can't do" to "What I will do". Dreams and wishes finally become goals and plans. And the best part is - once you've gained your freedom you aren't willing to let anybody else define who you are, ever again.
Join me for a few hours to learn practical, effective techniques to gain control over your fears and challenges. Skip the frustration of trial and error by learning directly from someone who has faced similar struggles and emerged stronger—someone who genuinely understands your journey.
What will we do?
- Understand what fear is and isn't
- Clearly identify your fears and explore the events and circumstances that originally brought them to being.
- Delve into the question - "Why am I afraid of not being afraid?"
- Understand the significant role of fear in society.
- Examine both the unspoken benefits and significant drawbacks of your fears.
- Explore various techniques and modalities for effectively coping with fear whenever it arises.
- Discuss specific, practical strategies (the dos and don'ts) for managing your fears.
About the Group: Living Without Fear
Living Without Fear was created as a supportive community focused on tackling personal fears that hold us back. Through regular workshops, I offer practical strategies to recognize, manage, and ultimately overcome fear, so it no longer stands between you and the life you want to live.
About the Presenter
I'm Edward Caulfield—not a therapist, psychologist, or any kind of “-ist.” I'm simply someone who has faced my own demons, come out stronger, and is eager to share what I've learned through personal experience and dedicated research.
No Pressure, Just Value
The workshop is free. However, if you find it valuable, you’re invited to make a voluntary contribution of CHF 50 at the end. There’s absolutely no obligation—just an honest exchange if you feel your experience was worthwhile. This will be mentioned briefly at the start and never again.
Feedback from previous workshop attendees:

Nadima - "Brainstorm was very interesting! It started like any other creative meeting- whiteboard markers in hand. The goal? The ideas felt safe. We started asking real questions. The brainstorm turned into a kind of therapy. Vulnerability became the source of our most powerful ideas. What made that brainstorm unforgettable wasn‘t the outcome- it was the shift. Sometimes, solving the problem means confronting what we never thought to name."
