About us
Join me for weekly slow flow vinyasa yoga classes where we explore a mindful mix of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and a short guided meditation. We are currently located at CanaryWall Climbing Centre in a small 6-person space; perfect for people who want to avoid large classes and receive more personal guidance in their practice. Beginners and seasoned practitioners welcome!
