Join me for a soothing vinyasa flow, drawing on a monthly theme that allows you to go deeper with your practice; yoga for on and off the mat! Expect a mindful mix of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and a short guided meditation that will help you to shed any stress and move into your weekend with more presence.

This online class offers a casual environment where PJs and pets are welcome. Broadcast from my living room, nothing fancy :)
