Relationships PART 2: How to forgive, release conflict and to deepen love and one's ability to really see another in their essence. Self-love and relationships is my jam and last week was epic so we are continuing with this topic!

The intention of these calls is literally to "call in a miracle" individually and collectively. We work on all levels, right to the energy field, where everything is formed before it becomes manifest in order to shift your life experience from fear to love.

The purpose of these Monday sessions is:

1. To create a safe space to open our hearts, share our challenges and passions, and support one another without judgment.
2. To align our minds and hearts so that we can be a source of peace, love, connection, and unity... and embody the highest level of consciousness in the emerging new Earth.
3. To connect to and fulfill our purpose and mission here, and live from the truth of who we are, in order to expand love and 'be the change we wish to see' on the planet.
4. To create tribe, and join together in an intentional conversation and visualization to support a new age of heart centered consciousness.

Jeri Tourand, founder of "Living from Heart Center" will host a 90 minute call each week and intuitively choose the best topic to explore based upon needs and the energy presenting. There will also be special guest presenters on occasion.

We will explore various topics, share new ideas, tools, spiritual and meditative practises to help ourselves and one another to focus our energies on the change we wish to see and what we wish to create for ourselves and everyone.

* lessons, partner activities and experiences where you will learn the keys to a more fulfilling and purposeful life and begin putting them into practise each week.

* Learn highly effective practises for moving through life challenges.

* Acquire tools to reduce your suffering during transitional times.

* Learn to trust yourself and love yourself, even in the face of adversity.

* How to be of service to those you love; the best way to share your wisdom and experience.

Jeri Tourand is a self-love, forgiveness and awakening coach, author, speaker, workshop & retreat facilitator. She studied with Zen Buddhist Master, Nissim Amon in an awakening process called Trilotherapy.
