This will certainly be an epic trip. Not inexpensive, but certainly epic. It's a very comprehensive 2-week trip of the best of Argentina. It includes nearly every tour, great hotels, and all transfers.

ITINERARY

September 17th: Depart to Argentina - arrival the morning of the 18th

SEPTEMBER 18th: DAY 1 - Buenos Aires City Tour
This complex, energetic, and seductive port city is considered “The Pearl” of South America. The visit would not be complete without the sights of the first settlements of the city of Buenos Aires. The picturesque neighborhood of San Telmo and the colorful Italian immigrants neighborhood of La Boca.

SEPTEMBER 19th: Day 2 - September Buenos Aires
Tigre Delta navigation with lunch
After the Amazonia, the Paraná Delta is the most important delta in South America. Green and rich in rivers and creeks, this gorgeous natural reserve is located barely 30 km. from the city of Buenos Aires.

SEPTEMBER 20th: Day 3 - optional guided bike tour or free day
On our last trip to Buenos Aires the guided bike tour was a really fun way to see the sites.

SEPTEMBER 21st & 22nd: DAY 4 & 5 - flight to Iguazu and tours
We will have 2 days to tour Iguazu falls - seeing both the Argentina and Brazilian sides. Nothing in the world of water compares to, or is as impressive as, the natural spectacle provided by the stunning group of 275 waterfalls that make up the Iguazu Waterfalls. Trails through the 210 square mile reserve provide visitors with various views of the Falls, especially the largest one, Devil's Throat. Then we'll enjoy the "Aventura Nautica", in which the Iguazu boat trip takes you right up to the base of the Falls.

SEPTEMBER 23rd: DAY 6- flight to Ushuaia
Beagle Channel navigation
From Beagle Channel, Ushuaia and its surroundings offer a wonderful scene. You will sail along the channel to enjoy the magnificent landscape that perfectly combines mountains, woods, and the sea. You will observe mounts Olivia and Cinco Hermanos, Túnel Ranch, until reaching Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, where you will observe a small cormorant colony.

SEPTEMBER 24th: Day 7 - Ushuaia
National Park Tour with Train
Only 12 km west from the southernmost city in the world, you find Tierra del Fuego National Park, the only one in Ushuaia. From the End of the World Station on the same concrete ramp that prisoners walked on over a century ago", you will be joined by a bilingual guide who will explain in detail the story of the "train of the prisoners". The tour will finish at National Park Station.

SEPTEMBER 25th: Day 8 - Ushuaia
Fagnano and Escondido Lakes Tour
Escondido and Fagnano lakes shine majestically. Fagnano lake is the largest lake in Tierra del Fuego, and one of the largest in South America. You will stop to appreciate the stunning beauty of these unique natural treasures.

SEPTEMBER 26th: Day 9 - flight to El Calafate

SEPTEMBER 27th: Day 10
Perito Moreno Glacier Tour
This is one of the largest and the only advancing glacier in the world, as well as the biggest attraction at Los Glaciares National Park. When you approach the glacier, you will walk down the catwalks to approach the Glacier and admire from different panoramic points this wonderful creation of Mother Nature. This day will be an unforgettable experience, a once in a lifetime delight.

You will sail out of Bajo de las Sombras Bay port. On our way, you shall contemplate ice blocks falling off until reaching the southern point of Los Témpanos canal.

SEPTEMBER 28th: Day 11 - El Calafate
El Chalten Tour with Trekking with box lunch
Today we will do a 4 hours trek to the Cerro Torre viewpoint.
The footpath continues through the native forest, following the course of the Fitz Roy River. The footpath goes through open thickets full of beautiful Patagonian flowers. Upon reaching the Mount Torre viewpoint, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the respective glaciers.

SEPTEMBER 29th: Day 12 - El Calafate
All Glaciers navigation - OPTIONAL TOUR
You will sail on Lago Argentino's north part, where you will appreciate huge icebergs that have broken off the Upsala Glacier, the largest in this area. You will reach a view point to admire three hanging glaciers: Peineta, Seco and Heim. You will walk through the forest path to the Spegazzini Refuge. Box lunch included.

SEPTEMBER 30th: Day 13 - flight back to Buenos Aires and LAX (back on Sunday, October 1st).
