Join the Ljubljana Embedded Meetup on March 26 at 18:00 at Visionect (Tržaška cesta 118, Ljubljana, 3rd floor), where Bojan Musizza will introduce Renode and show how system emulation can accelerate embedded development.

Embedded development is often constrained by hardware availability and challenging debugging. In this talk, we will introduce Renode, an open-source framework for emulating embedded systems, and show how it can help accelerate development and testing.
Using practical examples, we will demonstrate how Renode supported the development of a driver for the timing controller of an e-paper display and helped investigate hard-to-reproduce bugs. We will also show how it could be used to provide an emulated target for a software team developing a JavaScript application that runs on the device.

The talk will include a short live demonstration and highlight how system emulation can make embedded development faster, more flexible, and easier to debug.

The meetup is open to the public and will be held in Slovene language.
The lecture will be followed by a group discussion and socializing with snacks and drinks.
