We'll gather around communal tables and enjoy a curated selection of authentic Turkish mezes, accompanied by rakΔ±, music, stories, and great company.

The evening begins with a complimentary welcome glass of rakΔ± and a short introduction to Turkish rakΔ± culture.
Together we'll raise a toast before dinner begins.
Throughout the evening, a curated selection of authentic Turkish Aegean mezes and dishes will be served to the table for sharing. Our chef will introduce the dishes and explain the traditions behind them.
Expect a slow-paced evening centered around good food, meaningful conversations, and genuine hospitality.
