Anyone interested in Quantified self & self logging, either via wearable technologies or the analog way is invited. Let's meet up and get to know each other!

Please think about your life logging experience and what you would like to share with the group in a show&tell! Check the list below for ideas about a topic. Don't be shy, this is quite informal and we are interested!

After introduction, we will have a show of hands for story topics and those of you interested will get ~5 minutes for your story and ~5 minutes for questions. There is a projector available, if you have slides to show (but bring your own laptop).

About the show&tell Quantified Self meetups

The Quantified Self Show&Tell is a regular meeting for people taking advantage of various kinds of personal tracking to gain more knowledge about themselves. We use the show&tell format you learned as a child: stand up and present something you care about, take questions, and sit down. It is usually very fun. Come share what you are doing, and learn from others. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Fitness and health tracking
Chemical body load counts
Personal genome sequencing
Lifelogging
Metabolic monitoring
Self experimentation
Behavior monitoring
Location tracking
Sleep tracking
Mood and emotion tracking
Medical self-diagnostics

Give a first person account of life-logging experience. Be informal, personal. Try to answer these three "Prime" questions in your story:

1. What did you do?
2. How did you do it?
3. What did you learn?
