Our speaker is the one and only David Rose!
He will be speaking to us about, Commercial Real-estate!
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), David has served as a Commercial Advisor to many clients since 2007. He is a Commercial Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Ingle Safari Realty in Lake Charles, Louisiana and Wheeler Commercial in Beaumont, Texas.
In 2022 David was honored to receive the Beaumont Board of Realtors Commercial Transaction of the Year and was recently nominated for the Texas Commercial Transaction of the Year.
Many business owners and investors feel overwhelmed when dealing with commercial real estate or just want a true Commercial Advisor to “handle it”. A teacher at heart, David helps walks them through valuing commercial property, prudent site selection and exit strategies. He then represents their tax interest by structuring deals BEFORE they are under contract with tax efficient strategies.
As an active real estate investor since 1997, David has invested in businesses and properties throughout SWLA and SETX.
David also loves being part of the accounting and finance faculty at Lamar University and helping students effectively invest in themselves.
David and his family are very thankful for the opportunities the Lord has blessed them with and work to share Jesus’ love with others through Sale Street Baptist Church, Food for Thought, and Camp Pearl Ministries. In his spare time, David plays golf (poorly), and spends time with his fantastic wife Connie and their two boys, Andrew and Nathan. Andrew is pursuing a career in accounting and Nathan in real estate.
