Learning & Development, organizational learning, learning in the workplace... it goes by many names, but the goal is always the same: helping people in your organization learn more, learn faster, and learn better. If you lead or are part of the L&D department at your company, this group is for you. If the work you do helps support and enable L&D departments at other organizations, this group is for you. If you are just passionate about or fascinated by helping working adults learn within an organization, this group is for you. We meet 2 or 3 times each quarter to share challenges, solutions, ideas, and insights that help us help the people we serve learn better.
